Tastings run mainly on Friday evenings (same space used for brewing workshops at weekends so tastings rarely take place on Saturday) 10% discount on bottle beers to take away Tasting measure of approximately 100 ml Strictly over 18s. We operate a Challenge 25 Policy. Tasting session generally run between 90 and 120 minutes. Booking name will be used for guest list at tasting. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, booking changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to purchase event. No shows will not be offered a rebook, if you can't make booked session please let us know as soon as you can. Open dated vouchers will receive one code per order irrespective of quantity purchased to be used to redeem on one later date - please split order if wishing to gift to multiple parties or book multiple dates (sorry for the inconvenience)
Q. What size measure is each sample? A: Each measure is approximately 100 ml, there will be a range of beer styles and ABVs.
Q. Can I turn up at any time you are open and have my tasting then? A: I'm afraid as the space tastings take place in is used for our beer making courses and as tastings run 90 to 120 minutes requiring additional staff to be present, tastings are not offered on an ad hoc basis and a booking is required in advance.
Q. The next tasting listed is in X weeks time, can I attend an earlier tasting? A: Our site manages inventory for our courses and tastings events. Once a session is full, it will no longer be displayed in the dropdown menu on our site. Occasionally we will receive cancellations or change of date requests, capacity may be added back to the site in this scenario.
Q. I have a tasting booked, a friend would like to join me but is not interested in doing the tasting. Is this ok? A: Our tastings take place upstairs at our Taproom in Brixton with the majority of sessions running at capacity. Unfortunately this means that it is not possible for observers / non attendees to occupy the same space during a tasting session. The Taproom remains open downstairs during the tasting sessions so it is possible for non attendees to be seated in a different area during the tastings.
Q. I am trying to add X number of attendees for a particular date and your website is not allowing me, is this date at capacity? A: Our site manages inventory for our courses and tastings events. This means that it will not knowingly allow a particular session to become oversold and will limit the quantity purchased to the available inventory. However, as listed on a third party site also, occasionally there will be additional capacity that can be added to a date (by removing from third party site). Please email us your request and we'll endeavour to get back toyou as soon as possible.
Third Party Vouchers Q. My third party voucher has expired or is due to expire shortly, can you still accept it? A: Unfortunately third party vouchers need to be redeemed and tasting have taken place prior to the expiration date of the voucher. We are unable to extend or refund these vouchers. Requests for extensions or refunds should be directed to the third party customer service that sold the original voucher..
Q. I purchased a voucher via Groupon, how do I make my booking? A: You will be able to make your booking via your account on Groupon. . Q. I received a gift of a 5 beer tasting voucher via Groupon, how do I make my booking? A: Please view Groupon's website for upcoming avaibility here. Then email us with requested date, including your Groupon Voucher Code, Sercurity Code and Voucher Expiration Date. We will verify your voucher and then confirm your booking via email.
Q. I received a gift of a 10 beer tasting voucher via Groupon, how do I make my booking? A: If you are unable to make a booking via Groupon. Please add to cart the number of attendees your voucher covers for the date you wish to book, go to checkout and use voucher code "10GROUPON" to zero price of order (limit of one voucher per order). Then add a note to seller with your Groupon Voucher Code, Sercurity Code and Voucher Expiration Date. We will verify your voucher details and then confirm your booking by processing your order. If we are unable to verify the voucher information provided or you have booked a date beyond the redemption period of your voucher, then your order will be cancelled and no booking will be in place. When we have processed your booking successfully, you will receive an email to say that the order has been shipped (nothing will be shipped, merely means your order has been processed).

A: Please add to cart the number of attendees your voucher covers for the date you wish to book, go to checkout and use voucher code "10ACORNE" to zero price of order (limit of one voucher per order). Then add a note to seller with your Voucher Serial Number, PIN and Voucher Expiration Date. We will verify your voucher details and then confirm your booking by processing your order. If we are unable to verify the voucher information provided or you have booked a date beyond the redemption period of your voucher, then your order will be cancelled and no booking will be in place. When we have processed your booking successfully, you will receive an email to say that the order has been shipped (nothing will be shipped, merely means your order has been processed).
