Made with Rye malt to add a dry and biscuit quality to the beer. With a caramel character, a bit of pine, citrus and spice from the hops this red ale sits right at home in our Foundation Range. Citrus on the noce with dry, spicy characteristics, rich and full body from North American hops, medium bitterness balanced with rich, caramel flavours and a residual sweetness. It's a beer that would pair nicely with a mature cheddar or BBQ'd meats.Hops: Columbus, Chinook, CascadeABV: 4.7%£2.40
Our most extravagant beer meets the most extravagant breakfast in this year’s Caribbean Chocolate Cake twist. We’ve adjusted the base here a little to allow the pancake element to come through. We’re layering maple notes from syrup to wood, maximising depth of flavour. A small amount of smoked malt, working in tandem with bourbon maple staves and the sweet, sticky undertone adds a delicate aroma akin to the impact you’d get from perfectly prepared streaky bacon. A generous helping of cacao and a dusting of spices, in part from the expressive Amburana wood, completes this liquid guilty pleasure.ABV: 7.4%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten£4.95

It’s so great that you like coffee. I just love that about you. Speaking of which, you’re holding an oatmeal coffee stout positively redolent with coffee aroma and flavor. It kind of tastes like a chocolate-covered espresso bean, only drier and more like beer. Nifty fact: we’re one of the only breweries in the world to roast our own coffee, which allows us to be extremely persnickety about which beans we buy and how we roast them. Taste the persnicketiness!ABV: 5.8%£5.50
