Alpine’s original West Coast-style single IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to strike a harmonious hop balance. Duet pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. It offers a blast of resinous aromatics with notes of evergreen pine, orange zest, and hints of cedar. Big hoppy flavors mingle with geranial notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering piney quality lend a touch of complexity to an otherwise simple and delicious IPA.ABV: 7.0%£4.50
Our most extravagant beer meets the most extravagant breakfast in this year’s Caribbean Chocolate Cake twist. We’ve adjusted the base here a little to allow the pancake element to come through. We’re layering maple notes from syrup to wood, maximising depth of flavour. A small amount of smoked malt, working in tandem with bourbon maple staves and the sweet, sticky undertone adds a delicate aroma akin to the impact you’d get from perfectly prepared streaky bacon. A generous helping of cacao and a dusting of spices, in part from the expressive Amburana wood, completes this liquid guilty pleasure.ABV: 7.4%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten£4.95
A German-style Wheat Beer, with a rich banana & clove aroma, it pours with a thick rocky head and has a hazy orange appearance. Zippy & zesty, with banana, bubble gum & hints of grapefruit, it's a very refreshing beer perfect for a sunny day.ABV: 4.8%£3.60
This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered beers in the world. It is a dark quadruple ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast. Thanks to the fact that it’s bottle conditioned it changes completely over time and is a great beer to cellar and crack open for a special occasion.ABV: 11.3%£6.00
This Flemish red from Verhaeghe is truly unique. The amber beer is brewed in the normal fashion and then put into oak barrels for many years to take on that oak character and turn slowly sour. It has a wonderful oak and cherry aroma, with a hint of balsamic vinegar. It starts beautifully sweet and melts away into a soft, sour cherry-like beer known as a Flemish Red.ABV: 6.2%£3.00

The Smoked Brown (5.5%) - In the spirit of times when malted barley was kilned over open fires, The Smoked Brown is a modern take on traditional brown ale. It’s brewed using malt smoked over beechwood in Bamberg, Germany. The subtle smokiness, together with dark-fruit and toffee flavours, makes this complex and intriguing beer a perfect match for food.ABV: 5.5%£4.10
