Ghost Notes is a mixed fermentation Pale Ale. It ripples into your glass with a light body and a juicy, hop-rich aroma laced with notes of refreshing citrus and pineapple. Added layers of complexity emerge with time, the result of a careful blend of cultivated and wild yeasts. Store and serve chilled.ABV: 5.2%£5.00
542 Million years ago the Cambrian Explosion began, an evolutionary expansion unrivalled in speed, scope and importance. From the primordial murk came forth the ancestral forms of most life as we know it. At first, all is darkness. Thick chocolate and coffee notes swirl about the pallet. However, all tastes are rapidly encompassed by the roar of blinding liquorice. The Root of the Cambrian Explosion is laid bare, the flavour sensation has brought forth the pathway to our human transcendence. Drink deep, and be taken back to the Cambrian Root.ABV: 5.1%£4.00
Chimay Blue Cap, "baptized' Grande Reserve in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavour of which improves across the years. Chimay Blue is principally distinguished by its character of a strong dark beer. This is a beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavour, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma , while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt. This top fermented Trappist beer, refermented in the bottle, is not pasteurised.ABV: 9.0%Local delivery only, will be removed from courier completed orders.£10.50

Inspired by the Helles Lagerbiers of Munich, this is a true London Lager. German malts, European hops and London water come together to produce a smooth, crisp and flavourful beer. In the spirit of Das Reinheitsgebot, A&H use the spunding method to carbonate their lager naturally; while an extended cold storage in Lager tanks gives their beer time to condition and mature as all true lagers must.ABV: 4.7%£3.25

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!ABV: 7.0%£4.20

The Double IPA is a style we've become synonymous with, and this bold, juicy DIPA showcases our favourite hops, yeast and brewing processes. Whilst its roots stretch back to a full team West Coast beer tasting in September 2015, and our scene-changing V series, it is significantly different to the IIPAs that originally inspired us and acts as an ever-evolving representation of a hazy, heavily-hopped and deceptively drinkable strong IPA.
