A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness & very low hop profile. Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma.ABV: 4.0%£2.40

An invigorating brown ale full of twists and turns. A hearty grist of specialist barley, wheat and oats is embellished with our granola blend of toasted coconut, rich dark sugars, a touch of spicy amburana and moreish maple chips. The sweetness is dialled back by a roasty backbone, orange zest and fruity Mosaic bitterness.ABV: 6.5%Allergens: Gluten£4.60
One of the small glimmers of light from the last twelve months is that we’ve been able to grow as a brewery, not only in size and staff, but in a technological sense too. Midnight Dipper is our first beer run through our brand new centrifuge, meaning we’ve been able to pull almost all the suspended yeast out, but retain all the haze and flavour in the beer that we’ve become so adept at producing. A beer that was ready to drink as soon as it came off the canning line, we’ve loaded the dry hop bill with a now-classic pyramid addition of 15kg of Centennial for old school bite, before 10kg and 5kg additions of Citra and Mosaic to boot for that juicy Polly’s trademark. A sign that our beers can and will get better than they already were from here onwards; here’s to the future. Cheers!ABV: 6.0%£5.70
Named after famed Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Made in small batches, then lagered for ten days in German oak casks. Hercule is considered by many to be a classic, it is very malty, but dry, with a hint of sweetness in the finish.ABV: 9.0%£5.25
This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered beers in the world. It is a dark quadruple ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast. Thanks to the fact that it’s bottle conditioned it changes completely over time and is a great beer to cellar and crack open for a special occasion.ABV: 11.3%£6.00
Dancing Horses is a celebration of good times had and great times to come. This collaboration with Manchester’s Track Brewing Co is a modern take on the West Coast Style: super pale but with a bold bitterness and an abundance of the finest citrusy aromas. Bountiful hop additions throughout the brewing process and during maturation make for a thirst-quenching IPA that’s packed full of sweet passion fruit, pineapple and melon.ABV: 5.5%£5.10
This special release was mashed with pilsner, spelt and wheat malts. Subtle spices compliment the noble hops. The beer has been fermented with our unique mixed fermentation culture and aged in wine barrels for a year before packaging.ABV: 6.6%Allergens: Gluten£15.00
To celebrate the Taproom reopening, our Taproom team worked together with our brew team to put together a stellar IPA. Juicy, clean and expressive with a complex hopping regime including Strata and Motueka on an initial "warm" dry hop, Nelson and Sabro on a second "cold" dry hop. Thank you to all our wonderful customers for supporting us throughout these difficult times. This ones for you.ABV: 6.0%£6.00
This Flemish red from Verhaeghe is truly unique. The amber beer is brewed in the normal fashion and then put into oak barrels for many years to take on that oak character and turn slowly sour. It has a wonderful oak and cherry aroma, with a hint of balsamic vinegar. It starts beautifully sweet and melts away into a soft, sour cherry-like beer known as a Flemish Red.ABV: 6.2%£3.00
The Simcoe on offer this year was nothing short of outstanding, so when it came to choosing what hop to take centre stage, it didn't take long for the Drop Project team to decide. With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.ABV: 5.8%£5.45
