Boon Kriek (375 ml bottle)
One of the classic examples of this Belgian style, Boon Kriek is a cherry beer made by blending different ages of lambic and ageing them again over whole cherries. The result is a very tart but slightly sweet beer with a deep, rich cherry flavour and a light, fizzing finish.

One of our favourite brews of 2020 returns as part of our re-brew series. Twitcher is a big, juicy Double IPA. A huge bill of barley, oats and wheat give a full-bodied mouthfeel and let the hop flavours from Idaho 7 (Cryo) and Bru-1 take flight. Tropical mango and pineapple, with a soft piney bitterness.ABV: 8.2%£6.50
Much like Dre and Snoop, Lennon and McCartney, and Han Solo and Chewbacca, some things are just made to go together like a hand in a glove. Mosaic and Simcoe is just one of those pairings, and Omen Roam is our Mosaic and Simcoe Originals IPA with the 2021 treatment firmly applied. Featuring twice the amount of dry-hop as the OG version, with a 40kg dry hop charge bringing all those incredible pineapple, mango and passionfruit notes to the fore, this is a beer that drinks just like Lilt for grownups. With just the tiniest little bit of Simcoe in the boil, we’ve reeled it all back in with just a tickling of bitterness to round this awesome IPA off for that signature Polly’s bite.ABV: 6.8%£5.70
This big clean and classic IPA is a real delicious treat. Charged full of Mosaic for those punchy citrusy and piney notes, Simcoe for the ripe stone fruit flavours and Ekuanot for that zesty, pithy. Brewed with the finest Caramalt and Cararuby malts for nice sweet toffee underlay. Lets just say you'll want every last drip of this golden beauty.ABV: 6.8%£5.50

Following century old recipes all malts made at the Schlenkerla brewery are dried by wood fire. While for the classic “Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier” traditionally beech has been – and still is – used, the malt for “Schlenkerla Oak Smoke” is kilned with oak wood. The resulting Oak Smoke Malt has a smoother and more multi layered smoky note than the intensely aromatic Beech Smoke Malt. The hence complex smokiness in “Schlenkerla Oak Smoke” is paired with the multifaceted bitterness of finest Hallertau aroma hops. With 8% alcohol and amber colour it matures for months in the deep brewery cellars underneath Bamberg into a special treat for smoke beer lovers.ABV: 8.0%£5.75
Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.ABV: 8.0%£4.50
Table Beer is a low alcohol sessionable pale ale brewed to 3% ABV. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe ABV: 3.0%£2.60
Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!ABV: 7.0%£4.35
