This one is based on a pilot brew that went down a storm at our taproom. An imperial stout grain bill, mashed high for big body and lots of residual sugars, then paired with a low attenuating yeast. Super smooth and full bodied. Light sweetness with notes of dark chocolate and treacle.ABV: 5.2%Allergens: Gluten

Inspired by the porter recipes of the 1850s that were sent to India, with modern hopping regimes. Hops change from batch to batch. Notes of chocolate, coffee, tobacco, leather.

Hella juicy pale ale hopped with Motueka, Mosaic and El dorado. This is a juicy bangerrrr, lovely dry hop yielding a medley of dank tropical fruits, wine gums, jelly babies and that classic overlapping with lime from Motueka.

What makes a West Coast IPA? In our opinion it’s got to be crisp, it’s got to be defined and punchy, and it’s got to be as drinkable as a lager, despite its strength. A style that is all about a mastery of balance and refreshment, we feel our Westie output is rapidly growing in reputation after nailing our New England game. Wanting to replicate the beers that inspired us to brew in the first place, Shape Curator is front loaded with a massive 20kg whirlpool addition of classic C hop Chinook on the hot side to impart all manner of robust grapefruit, piney and resinous bitter notes, before an ultra low addition of Columbus and Chinook on the cold side brings a little candied orange sweetness to the party for balance.

Kernel Pale Ale Nelson Sauvin 4.5% 500 ml bottle

It's nice, it's fruity, it's a little hoppy, it's velvety and oaty and very, very drinkable. Bit spicy.
