Braisserie D'Achouffe - La Chouffe (330 ml bottle)
The gnomes of Fairyland are particularly fond of this golden beer. LA CHOUFFE, with its slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones, is the drink which gives them their zest for life. At least, that's what these imps say when they are thirsty. Their secret used to be jealously guarded from one generation to the next until the day they shared the recipe with humans to seal their friendship. Of all the legends from the wonderful region of the Belgian Ardennes, the tale of LA CHOUFFE is the one which most merits re-telling.

Fruitlands is tart, fruity, & frighteningly delicious. The sour, salty base beer lays down the funky refreshment, while a heavy dose of passion fruit and guava turns the whole thing into a wall-to-wall tropical fruit fiesta. It’s a marvellous mix of elements that collides with your mouth like a fruit-filled asteroid of flavour traveling at the supersonic speed of party.ABV: 4.8%£5.30
Shattered Dream is the scaled up version of our award-winning flagship stout - BROKEN DREAM. In addition to its imperial strength and generous espresso hit, we've also added cacao nibs and vanilla to make this beer even more luxurious than the much-loved original. This version is nitrogenated, meaning it pours thick and drinks smooth. An intensely indulgent and unctuous treat.ABV: 9.6%Allergens: Gluten, Dairy (lactose)£6.00
This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered beers in the world. It is a dark quadruple ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast. Thanks to the fact that it’s bottle conditioned it changes completely over time and is a great beer to cellar and crack open for a special occasion.ABV: 11.3%£6.00
Alcohol-free IPA. This IPA radiates citrus fruit from the moment you pour it to the second you finish that last sip with a satisfied sigh. The bright, sharp twist of bitterness on the end makes you want to dive back in for one more.ABV: 0.5%£2.25
We’ve always had a thing here at the brewery for those big, brash IPAs north of 7% brewed by those old school brewers that we grew up drinking. Those base flavours from the malts, accentuated by the flavour profiles brought to the table by the hops, they all come together as the strength heads into the upper echelons of IPA territory. As a brewery that firmly embraces the past in our brewing style, we’ve employed our pyramid dry-hopping technique here with a heavy dose of the present in Azacca, before a nod to the past with a smaller but still healthy addition of Chinook, finishing with an eye on the future with a further small addition of Sabro. Expect tropical juice to meld with pina colada sweetness before finishing out with piney bitterness in this all out smasher of an IPA.ABV: 7.0%£5.49
Alpine’s original West Coast-style single IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to strike a harmonious hop balance. Duet pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. It offers a blast of resinous aromatics with notes of evergreen pine, orange zest, and hints of cedar. Big hoppy flavors mingle with geranial notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering piney quality lend a touch of complexity to an otherwise simple and delicious IPA.ABV: 7.0%£4.50
To celebrate the Taproom reopening, our Taproom team worked together with our brew team to put together a stellar IPA. Juicy, clean and expressive with a complex hopping regime including Strata and Motueka on an initial "warm" dry hop, Nelson and Sabro on a second "cold" dry hop. Thank you to all our wonderful customers for supporting us throughout these difficult times. This ones for you.ABV: 6.0%£6.00
Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness. A truly original Deftones / Belching Beaver collaboration envisioned by Chino Moreno and skilfully crafted by Thomas Peters. Sit back, put on your headphones and drink away.ABV: 7.1%£5.25
