Brew York have ‘imped up’ their Brew York stout base blueprint up to 7.5% adding their classic customised complex malt bill for a rich chocolate interior. And with a final addition of lactose it’s ready to cruise through town leaving other imperial stouts in its dust.

Named after famed Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Made in small batches, then lagered for ten days in German oak casks. Hercule is considered by many to be a classic, it is very malty, but dry, with a hint of sweetness in the finish.ABV: 9.0%£5.25
This traditional British Barley Wine is designed to taste like winter: it has a boozy warmth, candied fruit and dried fruit notes from the malt, and lots of clementine zest and heady spice from the shovels of EKG hops we added to the boil. This big beauty is piled high with Azacca, Citra, Strata and Simcoe Cryo and to top it off with that all important Kviek yeast to add big creamy zesty notes, this thing is an all round banger. ’s not a Mondo birthday without a Double IPA. This year, we’re also celebrating our Dennis Hopp’r IPA with DDH and DIPA versions. Dennis, just bigger. Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body, along with Dextrose. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!ABV: 7.0%£4.35
