This is a Scotch bonnet and tomato hot sauce born and raised in the heart of SW9. All ingredients sourced from sellers on Electric Avenue and lovingly mixed nearby. Works great as a pizza crust dip or for adding a bit of zing to any pasta sauce but highly recommended for slathering over eggs for a winning start to any day!DUTCH A Sriracha style chillli sauce produced using fermented red chillies and lashings of garlic. Works great for splashing over Hot Wings and Seiten Nuggets or try mixing with a dash of mayo.SCOTCH Hot Sauce The bigger uglier brother of Dutch. This fermented wing sauce hass been ramped up using delicious, fruity Scotch Bonnet chillies to give more fire.PRIMO Hot Sauce The biggest and ugliest of the brothers. This fermented wing sauce has been made interstellar by introducing Carolina Reaper Chillies into the fray.CHIP Hot Sauce My take on a sweet, smokey, spicy BBQ sauce creating from a fermented dutch base with lashings of Chipotle chilli goodness. The smoked Jalapenos give it a little extra kick compared to you average BBQ sauce but if you like a bit of extra spice, you will love this.£7.00
This one is based on a pilot brew that went down a storm at our taproom. An imperial stout grain bill, mashed high for big body and lots of residual sugars, then paired with a low attenuating yeast. Super smooth and full bodied. Light sweetness with notes of dark chocolate and treacle.ABV: 5.2%Allergens: Gluten£0.00
