£7.00Bursting with tropical fruit flavours, this golden ale from Hawaii will have your taste buds tingling. It has a soft fruit aroma that is reminiscent of pineapple and passion fruit, and the taste is fresh with very little dryness and a lot of papaya and pineapple without ever becoming sweet. It’s quick, clean finish that makes you want to drink this beer again and again.ABV: 4.4%
£2.80Cryo Mosaic & Eldorado New England DIPA. Ripe & juicy, dank & fruity.ABV: 8.5%
£6.00We've teamed up with our mates Deya again! This time for an 8% DIPA boasting an excessive degree of juiciness. Amarillo and Loral hops in the whirlpool set proceedings off in style, swiftly followed by a punchy double-dry-hop of Citra and Simcoe. We've tinkered and experimented with the hot and cold additions like any self respecting juice adventurers would when attempting to push those hazy boundaries. What does that mean in terms of flavour you ask? Well, you'll have to find out won't you...ABV: 8.0%
£8.50Citrusy, juicy hazy IPA with the addition of juniper berries for Gin & Tonic vibes.ABV: 6.0%
£4.95Death by Chocolate Cake. What would happen if we took one of the nation’s best loved, super-indulgent desserts for inspiration, and applied it to our most indulgent beer? Even more cacao nibs, even more cacao husks, even more lactose, even more wood. It’s doubled down and ramped up to imperial strength. We’ve increased the ABV slightly this year and welcome back Amburana wood. These spicy, fragrant spirals impart all kinds of flavours, not dissimilar to the complexity of tonka beans, making the beer a truly unique experience.ABV: 10.2%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten

£5.00A big part of our ethos here at Polly’s is getting the absolute max out of every ingredient we use to brew with. This is all on show with Every Piece Matters – two of our favourite hops in Citra and Mosaic receive the Augment treatment, as bright citrus notes meld with tropical fruit punch flavours to produce an IPA which is all about super low bitterness and high juiciness. After such incredible feedback on the three previous iterations of this beer, we were itching to brew it again; this time with every one of the techniques we’ve learned in 2020. An amplified version of our phenomenally popular Citra Mosaic IPA from our dearly departed Originals range; bringing all those incredible hop characteristics to the fore.ABV: 6.7%
£5.39Brewed in collaboration with Siren and Double-Barrelled for Brewgooder, this is our take on a classic German style. All Pilsner malt with Hallertau Blanc hops and fermented with an authentic Kölsch yeast strain, this clean and crisp lager has notes of gooseberry, elderflower and apple.ABV: 4.8%
£4.19This beer has taken a year to develop and with a hopping rate equal to our IPAs and an expressive yeast blend, this beer is a true delight.ABV: 0.3%
£2.65Juicy Grapefruit Sour IPAThis sour IPA is hopped with Ekuanot, Bravo and Mosaic to create the biggest grapefruity hop profile we could muster, but we've also included grapefruit zest and juice for good measure. Lactose rounds things out with a sweet and smooth touch.ABV: 6.0%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten
£4.70Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.ABV: 8.0%

£4.00Another evolution of a previous release – a sleeper hit of festivals was the Bramble Sour, delicately paired with cacao nibs. They teamed up with Clifton Coffee Roasters to get some lovely single origin beans from their very own farm in Brazil! The beans were roasted three days before going into the beer. This beer is a caffeinated match made in heaven.ABV: 7.4%
