Our latest take on a style steeped in tradition. Caramel, toffee and burnt sugar flavours build out of a classic malt base, with flashes of vanilla wafers, berries and zesty citrus hop notes. Spinning the beer through Cypress, Oak and Maple spirals imparts a nutty complexity, balancing rich sweetness with juicy tannins in a long dry finish.ABV: 10.0%Allergens: Gluten£6.50

Citrus with a light malt sweetness. Perfect gateway beer for those moving away from bland lagers for the first time but enough about it to satisfy the connoisseurs. Unfiltered and naturally hazy. This ultra-refreshing American Wheat Beer has all the extra pale cloudiness and drinkability of a Hefeweizen, but without any of the clove, nutmeg or banana flavours of its Bavarian cousin. Built upon a malt base of 60% wheat/40% Pilsner, it is soft bodied with a cereal character of biscuits and a gentle mouthfeel. The classic combination of Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops used in the whirlpool contributes to a light fruit/citrus quality on the palate, however this beer is not dry hopped, so it’s far from “hoppy”. The finish is crisp with a light sweetness that invites sip after sip, and the medium carbonation allows the creamy, white head to linger. Squirt in a wedge of orange or lemon into your Sweet Wheat for the ultimate summer drink!ABV: 4.5%£3.00

A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.ABV: 6.7%£3.30
You guys absolutely devoured the last batch of this beer, so we had to bring it back for the summer. For this batch, we've switched up the souring method, using Philly Sour yeast to bring the zing. We've balanced this with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that's created by using a carefully layered malt bill. Clocking in at a modest 3.2%, this Grapefruit Session Sour splashes into your glass with a glorious burst of bright, sunshine-filled flavours and aromas, all brought to life with a zingy twist of tartness from grapefruit. A truly enjoyable beer that's perfect for summer. Suitable for vegans. Store and serve chilled. Our beer is unfiltered and may contain sediment - pour gently.ABV: 3.2%£3.50
