Can we just say that 6.4% is the magic abv for our IPAs? Whether it was the incredible technicolour dream that was El Dorado Mosaic from our Originals range, or the more refined experienced numbers of An Original Mix, or Pines from our Augment range, we’ve always had a knack of creating absolutely kickass IPAs at that 6.4% mark. Sound Surrender acknowledges this trend, knocks it out of the park, and then runs to catch the ball itself; a reeled back and easygoing dry hop bill of Columbus and Simcoe belies the magic going on in this beer, as a certified tidal wave of passionfruit, berry and apricot notes pair up with a heady swag bag of earthy pine and pithy citrus notes. All wrapped up in a warm hug of LA3 for maximum suspension, is this following in its highly praised siblings footsteps? Absolutely yes.ABV: 6.4%£5.50
Glowing orange colour. A beautifully balanced beer where the Pale, crystal and Munich malts really help amplify the hops juicy qualities. Layers of flavour: tropical fruit, citrus fruit, stinky cheese, caramel - all working together. Bitter and sweet. Lush.Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, ChinookABV: 5.5%£5.30
With cold-pressed citrus oils, cardamom and whole Kashmiri saffron for a bright and sophisticated kombucha lift. Using botanicals inspired by gin, and saffron known as a mood-enhancer, this flavour is a great alternative to alcohol or healthful spirit mixer. Drink to uplift, refresh and rebalance.ABV: less than 0.5%£2.50
Blast off into the stratosphere and grab a fistful of stars! Smoother than Solo and darker than the Dark Side, Galactic Cowboy is brewed for cosmic adventure. With notes of bittersweet chocolate and black coffee, this high-octane stout is the fuel you need to wrangle the universe.ABV: 9.0%£7.00
This delicious brew shows the very best characteristics of Bavarian dark wheat and barley malts. Brewed in the traditional manner in the Monasteries cellar, the fine Hallertau aromatic hop-flavour is preserved by natural, non-filtered bottling.ABV: 5.0%£3.50
The original German wheat beer. In 1872, Georg Schneider bought the brewing rights to wheat beer from King Ludwig II of Bavaria, making Schneider Original one of the first publicly available wheat beers in the world. Amber-coloured with nuances of ripe bananas, clove, nutmeg and nuts, this weissbier pairs well with pork and root vegetables.ABV: 5.4%£3.80
Do your beer maths. This is AXE raised to the power of X, where X is dry hopping and increased by 200%. For enhanced mouthfeel and character, 20% of oats are added to the grist, while IBU’s are significantly reduced. The sums say, drink this NEIPA.ABV: 6.8%£4.60
A collaboration with our good pals in North Wales, Polly's Brew Co. We took the juiciest hops and blended them with fresh pineapple to create our juice bomb IPA. Pineapple Express - All aboard.ABV: 6.2%£4.60
Sometimes the simple things in life are the best. We take Pilsner malt from Germany and combine with three traditional hop varieties – Magnum, Perle and Hallertauer Mittelfruh – to produce a clean, unfiltered, Hop Bitter Lager Beer.ABV: 4.8%£3.30
Alcohol-free IPA. This IPA radiates citrus fruit from the moment you pour it to the second you finish that last sip with a satisfied sigh. The bright, sharp twist of bitterness on the end makes you want to dive back in for one more.ABV: 0.5%£2.25
