Babu is back. Named after my late father meaning Grandfather in African(my daughters nickname for him) A big bold West Coast IPA. Dry hopped with Centennial Cryo, Chinook, Mosaic and Strata to give wafts of tropical fruit then hitting you with a dry earthy and piney mouthfeel. Finishing with a lasting bold bitterness.
