We've teamed up with our mates Deya again! This time for an 8% DIPA boasting an excessive degree of juiciness. Amarillo and Loral hops in the whirlpool set proceedings off in style, swiftly followed by a punchy double-dry-hop of Citra and Simcoe. We've tinkered and experimented with the hot and cold additions like any self respecting juice adventurers would when attempting to push those hazy boundaries. What does that mean in terms of flavour you ask? Well, you'll have to find out won't you...ABV: 8.0%£8.50
Phantom Brewing Co - Intercardinal Directions (440 ml can)
Brewed as part of two beer collaboration project with Electric Bear, Intercardinal Directions is a West Coast IPA. Its counterpart beer, ‘Where’s My Compass At?’ is the East Coast sibling – with both beers brewed using the same ingredients, in different ways to produce two different beers. Dry Hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic & Amarillo, Intercardinal Directions is a modern take on the West Coast IPA style.

Our latest take on a style steeped in tradition. Caramel, toffee and burnt sugar flavours build out of a classic malt base, with flashes of vanilla wafers, berries and zesty citrus hop notes. Spinning the beer through Cypress, Oak and Maple spirals imparts a nutty complexity, balancing rich sweetness with juicy tannins in a long dry finish.ABV: 10.0%Allergens: Gluten£6.50
