Garage's new house session IPA, a juicy IPA brewed with mosaic & palisadeABV: 5.4%£4.50
Polly's Brew Co. - Mylar (440 ml can)
If we’re asked to describe one thing that makes our beers uniquely Polly’s, then without a doubt we’d say our tried and tested, patented pyramid dry-hopping technique. Brought into the brewery by our owner Sean during lockdown last year, this technique has become synonymous with our beers, particularly our IPA game. Cascading down in gradually lower additions, Mylar is textbook Polly’s – high juice, low bitterness, accentuated by our generous use of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro in the dry hop in descending order. Expect a swagbag of honeydew melon, mango, tangerine, and pina colada flavours abound from the Sabro, all wrapped up in a warming hug of our house yeast strain.
DELIVERY & RETURNSWe use a number of different delivery options based on factors such as distance, weight and how fragile goods are. If something arrives damaged please photograph and report to us so that we can remedy this.
Clean and crisp with refreshing tangy limes and a Moorish briny finish, this is our perfect summer beer. It originally took inspiration from Sleeping Lemons and the beautiful preserved lemons we use, but the idea developed into a cleaner beer, taking the Corona and lime wedge and stepping it up a notch.ABV: 4.6%£2.80

Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.ABV: 8.0%£4.50

Cast Iron Billy is a luxurious Imperial Brown Stout that harkens back to Victorian London’s brewing golden age. We’re extremely proud of our city’s rich brewing history and so for this beer we’ve drawn on an original Barclay Perkins recipe from 1832. Velvety smooth with chocolate, caramel and dark berry flavours alongside delicate hints of vanilla - you’d be forgiven for thinking Cast Iron Billy sits well below its 10.5% ABV. Close your eyes, take a sip and imagine walking down the smog filled streets of industrial revolution era Southwark... ...or maybe just enjoy your beer.ABV: 10.5%£5.95
Augustiner Helles lager is made according to the German beer Purity law. It’s the ultimate lager for every season and absurdly drinkable.ABV: 5.2%£3.60

Simplicity is sometimes best. Here we've used German pilsner malt exclusively as the malt base. The quality of the malt means it can stand alone bringing beautiful notes of still warm pretzels, a gentle bready sweetness and the lightest of caramel wafer goodness. Citra, Strata and Idaho 7 bring fuzzy peach, nectarine and watermelon alongside an almost noble hop floral character with some herbal bitterness and a superbly clean, slightly resinous finish.ABV: 6.0%£6.30
