It's throwback time, as we delve into the recipe archives for one of our favourite beers. Middle Finger Discount is a 100% Mosaic IPA, spun on cedar wood through our SpinBot. Expect a bright spiciness from the wood, with all kinds of dank, deep tropical fruit notes that will rob your taste buds blind.ABV: 7.2%£6.00
Blackcurrant, Blueberry & Strawberry Triple Fruited Sour. A perfect dry mild sour loaded with 350kg of fruit yet still lovely and light. The strawberry on the nose and the Madagascan vanilla help balance out the tartness of the blackcurrants yet this beer has punnets of flavour that will blow you away. This one's a young, refreshing beer in the style of a Berliner Weiss, but with a higher ABV.ABV: 6.0%£6.00
The Simcoe on offer this year was nothing short of outstanding, so when it came to choosing what hop to take centre stage, it didn't take long for the Drop Project team to decide. With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.ABV: 5.8%£5.45
The 2nd in our new range of IPAs exploring the depths and breadths of modern IPA brewing. Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc, two hop varieties known for their wine like characteristics, come together to give aromas and flavours of pithy grapefruit, elderflower and a delicate hint of hop resin. A soft malt base gives a smooth, rounded mouthfeel which is paired with just enough bitterness to keep the beer in balance.ABV: 6.0%£4.60
Crashing into summer like a zesty sunburst, comes Ida.ABV: 3.8%£4.25
One of the small glimmers of light from the last twelve months is that we’ve been able to grow as a brewery, not only in size and staff, but in a technological sense too. Midnight Dipper is our first beer run through our brand new centrifuge, meaning we’ve been able to pull almost all the suspended yeast out, but retain all the haze and flavour in the beer that we’ve become so adept at producing. A beer that was ready to drink as soon as it came off the canning line, we’ve loaded the dry hop bill with a now-classic pyramid addition of 15kg of Centennial for old school bite, before 10kg and 5kg additions of Citra and Mosaic to boot for that juicy Polly’s trademark. A sign that our beers can and will get better than they already were from here onwards; here’s to the future. Cheers!ABV: 6.0%£5.70
Our flagship beer returns, this time sporting the killer hop combo of Citra and Mosaic. Citra was used across multiple kettle additions followed by a big dry-hop with Mosaic BBC. The malts align wonderfully with the hops in this West Coast inspired American Red Ale.ABV: 5.0%£4.60
Complex notes of roasted coffee and smoked malt awaken the senses whilst hints of dark chocolate burst through this alcohol free ale to create a carefully crafted balance of flavours. Inspired by the traditional Irish stout and German Rauchbier, this dark alcohol free ale provides a refreshing and smooth finish.ABV: 0.5%£2.40
The gnomes of Fairyland are particularly fond of this golden beer. LA CHOUFFE, with its slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones, is the drink which gives them their zest for life. At least, that's what these imps say when they are thirsty. Their secret used to be jealously guarded from one generation to the next until the day they shared the recipe with humans to seal their friendship. Of all the legends from the wonderful region of the Belgian Ardennes, the tale of LA CHOUFFE is the one which most merits re-telling.ABV: 8.0%£4.10
This is the sixth of our Hop Garden Series, a collection that celebrates the flavour profiles of our favourite hops. This iteration is all about HBC 692: a newly released Pacific Northwest varietal, and the daughter of Sabro - the first hop we featured in this series. Also referred to as Talus, this strain introduces an initial greeting from vibrant notes of pink grapefruit and citrus zest, whilst softer aromas of rose, pine and a hint of tropical fruit meander their way through.ABV: 5.2%£3.90
