Simplicity is sometimes best. Here we've used German pilsner malt exclusively as the malt base. The quality of the malt means it can stand alone bringing beautiful notes of still warm pretzels, a gentle bready sweetness and the lightest of caramel wafer goodness. Works great for splashing over Hot Wings and Seiten Nuggets or try mixing with a dash of mayo.SCOTCH Hot Sauce The bigger uglier brother of Dutch. This fermented wing sauce hass been ramped up using delicious, fruity Scotch Bonnet chillies to give more fire.PRIMO Hot Sauce The biggest and ugliest of the brothers.
