It’s from the North. It’s pink! It’s our classic Yorkshire Rhubarb Soda, handmade in East London in tasty, small batches. Rhubarb Soda is made using British rhubarb sourced from a family farm in the infamous Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Grown using traditional methods, the rhubarb we use is intense, fragrant and earthy. This is a beautiful, refreshing soda which is one of our all-time most popular flavours, pure and unadulterated, with only just enough sugar to save you from a permanent sour pout.£1.80
Siren - Light In The Dark (440 ml can)
This traditional British Barley Wine is designed to taste like winter: it has a boozy warmth, candied fruit and dried fruit notes from the malt, and lots of clementine zest and heady spice from the shovels of EKG hops we added to the boil. This beer was brewed in collaboration with beer writer Jonny Garrett to celebrate his latest book, A Year in Beer, all about the joy of seasonal brewing and drinking.

Taste: A rich body comes through at first. Initially the espresso-like acidity is balanced by a sweet taste of caramelised toffee. As your glass warms up you should expect to taste redcurrant, mixed with a dark chocolate, washed down with a slight alcoholic warmth. Appearance: Pitch black - as dark as the night sky, with an opaque brown head. Nose: A clean burnt sugar dominates, immediately giving way to rich dark fruits - plums, raisin, and fresh cranberries. Eventually, a roasted smokiness emerges, like a distant bonfire on the horizon.ABV: 10.5%£4.89

Our most extravagant beer meets the most extravagant breakfast in this year’s Caribbean Chocolate Cake twist. We’ve adjusted the base here a little to allow the pancake element to come through. We’re layering maple notes from syrup to wood, maximising depth of flavour. A small amount of smoked malt, working in tandem with bourbon maple staves and the sweet, sticky undertone adds a delicate aroma akin to the impact you’d get from perfectly prepared streaky bacon. A generous helping of cacao and a dusting of spices, in part from the expressive Amburana wood, completes this liquid guilty pleasure.ABV: 7.4%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten£4.95
Project Barista combines two of our greatest passions! This series takes the relationship between coffee and beer in different directions, with four unique brews, four kinds of coffee used in different ways, in collaboration with four incredible independent roasters. Mucha Mocha is the big one - all the barrel aged coffee, chocolate and roasty goodness you could ask for.ABV: 10.0%Allergens: Gluten£5.65
A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness & very low hop profile. Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer – rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma.ABV: 4.0%£2.40

Cast Iron Billy is a luxurious Imperial Brown Stout that harkens back to Victorian London’s brewing golden age. We’re extremely proud of our city’s rich brewing history and so for this beer we’ve drawn on an original Barclay Perkins recipe from 1832. Velvety smooth with chocolate, caramel and dark berry flavours alongside delicate hints of vanilla - you’d be forgiven for thinking Cast Iron Billy sits well below its 10.5% ABV. Close your eyes, take a sip and imagine walking down the smog filled streets of industrial revolution era Southwark... ...or maybe just enjoy your beer.ABV: 10.5%£5.95
Lupulus X is Buxtons experimental single-hop program. Every beer has the same recipe, only the hop changes to deliver a distinctive flavour burst..Harlequin, a new hop from Charles Faram's hop development programme grown in the UK. Flavour profile of passionfruit, peach, pineapple.ABV: 5.4%£4.30
Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.ABV: 8.0%£4.50
