This is a Scotch bonnet and tomato hot sauce born and raised in the heart of SW9. All ingredients sourced from sellers on Electric Avenue and lovingly mixed nearby. Works great as a pizza crust dip or for adding a bit of zing to any pasta sauce but highly recommended for slathering over eggs for a winning start to any day!DUTCH A Sriracha style chillli sauce produced using fermented red chillies and lashings of garlic. Works great for splashing over Hot Wings and Seiten Nuggets or try mixing with a dash of mayo.SCOTCH Hot Sauce The bigger uglier brother of Dutch. This fermented wing sauce hass been ramped up using delicious, fruity Scotch Bonnet chillies to give more fire.PRIMO Hot Sauce The biggest and ugliest of the brothers. This Flemish red from Verhaeghe is truly unique. The amber beer is brewed in the normal fashion and then put into oak barrels for many years to take on that oak character and turn slowly sour. It has a wonderful oak and cherry aroma, with a hint of balsamic vinegar. It starts beautifully sweet and melts away into a soft, sour cherry-like beer known as a Flemish Red.ABV: 6.2%£3.00

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!ABV: 7.0%£4.35

The Simcoe on offer this year was nothing short of outstanding, so when it came to choosing what hop to take centre stage, it didn't take long for the Drop Project team to decide. With heaps of aromatics, both green and tropical, bitterness and flavour, it's easy to see how this hop has become such a go-to for so many. Brewed with Drop Project's favourite selection of IPA Malt, Oat Malt, Flaked Oats and house yeast, the perfect foundation has been laid for the Simcoe to shine. Dry hopped with a generous dash of Cryo, you'll get a big ol' whack of citrus peel, pine and super ripe stone fruits, all rounded out with a classic gentle bitterness.ABV: 5.8%£5.00
A traditional Kölsch yeast meets all German hops in this box office beer. The result is super clean, lightly fruity and pleasingly floral as our enthusiastic yeast goes to work accentuating the delicately bitter hops. Crisp, refreshing and plenty drinkable.ABV: 4.5%£3.35
