The Beak Brewery - Popple (440 ml can)
This new 5.5% pale ale is the result of a year-long journey by Beak, investigating how best to make lower ABV beers sing. Brewed with oats, wheat, London Fog yeast and an abundance of Idaho-7, Galaxy and Citra, it’s hazy, pillowy-soft and teeming with ripe, unctuous flavours of peach, passionfruit, mango, pine sap and highly emotional lovelorn lyrics.

Drifter, our original New England IPA returns as part of our Re-Brew Series! Loaded with oats and wheat for a soft mouthfeel. We chocked it full of El Dorado, Azacca and Ekuanot, and fermented with Vermont yeast for big, ripe stone-fruit esters. Juicy, full-bodied and incredibly smooth. For us, it’s a classic NEIPA!ABV: 6.0%£5.00

Strong, rich and complex but exceptionally easy.ABV: 5.4%Best Before: December 2021£2.85£3.80
Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is a prestige beer from De Dolle Brouwers brewed for Christmas. It has the highest density of any Belgian beer (27 degrees Pl). It has been boiling for many hours, brewed with pale malt with white candi sugar in the kettle. The Nugget hops gives an extra bitterness to balance the extreme sweetness due to the density. The taste triangle is completed with some acidity of the fermentation. It is a very interesting beer to age. We have samples of every bottling we have done so far and aging does not mean decreasing quality with this beer. Keep some samples at 10 degrees C and mark the year on the cap with an alcohol marker.ABV: 12.0%£6.50
