Thornbridge x Mikkeller - Three Of Diamonds (440 ml can)
The Passionfruit Prial. Three completely different styles all using passionfruit as the kicker.
Three of Diamonds is a punchy and flavoursome IPA with a generous Infusion of passionfruit, this works beautifully in complementing the redolent aroma of guava and candied fruit already present. It pours hazy gold with a silky soft body, kept in balance with just a delicate bite from the carefully selected hops (Mosaic / Nelson Sauvin).

A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.ABV: 6.7%£3.30

This Flemish red from Verhaeghe is truly unique. The amber beer is brewed in the normal fashion and then put into oak barrels for many years to take on that oak character and turn slowly sour. It has a wonderful oak and cherry aroma, with a hint of balsamic vinegar. It starts beautifully sweet and melts away into a soft, sour cherry-like beer known as a Flemish Red.ABV: 6.2%£3.00
Soft but full-bodied IPA, expect peach & ripe mango, with a zesty aroma and balanced bitterness.ABV: 6.2%£5.30
Alcohol-free IPA. This IPA radiates citrus fruit from the moment you pour it to the second you finish that last sip with a satisfied sigh. The bright, sharp twist of bitterness on the end makes you want to dive back in for one more.ABV: 0.5%£2.25
Alpine’s original West Coast-style single IPA is made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to strike a harmonious hop balance. Duet pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. It offers a blast of resinous aromatics with notes of evergreen pine, orange zest, and hints of cedar. Big hoppy flavors mingle with geranial notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering piney quality lend a touch of complexity to an otherwise simple and delicious IPA.ABV: 7.0%£4.50
Deya have enjoyed a rapid rise amongst drinkers ‘who know’ and we can see why. So when we decided to collaborate, we thought a blend of our two flagship offerings would be the perfect way to go. We took all the key ingredients from both, then amped them up to make a huge, juicy Dipa! The much loved characters from both beers come through, with the exquisite tropical bouquet of steady rolling man floating from the glass, followed by grapefruit and pineapple on the palate, before finishing with the perfectly balanced bitterness of Jaipur.ABV: 8.0%£7.50
