This is our take on a Kölsch, a classic beer style from Cologne, Germany. Cold-fermented and long-matured this lager is crisp, dry and very refreshing. Best served ice cold, and best enjoyed after a match, a race, or a run ‘round the park.ABV: 4.5%

Fermented high to increase citrus ester intensity and spurred on with a whole cone kettle hop soak of Citra, Amarillo and Cascade. Our first ever Cascadian Dark Ale is an amalgamation of rich dark malts, toasty coconut and tropical hops. Roast notes meet spicy rye to create a real nuttiness to the flavour, layered with desiccated coconut. Lervig invited Brazilian brewery Way Beer to Norway to brew the original batch this huge unforgiving 13% stout made with Tonka, Vanilla and Coco beans. This quickly became a fan favourite and has been rebrewed a few times since. Reminiscent of mulled wine, you get hints of Cinnamon and spices as well as a brandy like hit of alcohol that warms you all the way down.ABV: 12.0%
