St.Bernardus Abt 12 has a very fruity aroma that is the result of using unique house yeast strain. It brims over with different, complex tastes and stands out through its long, bittersweet finish. Thanks to its mild, rounded taste and perfect balance between bitter and sweet, this beer goes down very easily. When you drink an Abt you can enjoy life to the full!ABV: 10.0%£4.70
This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered beers in the world. It is a dark quadruple ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast. Thanks to the fact that it’s bottle conditioned it changes completely over time and is a great beer to cellar and crack open for a special occasion.ABV: 11.3%£6.00
A Fleeting Sound. So we’ve taken our first plunge into using Spectrum hops in the overwhelmingly popular Spectrum range released in April, where do we go next? Pure, unadulterated, “let your hair loose” beer, that’s where! We noticed that the TIPA from our Spectrum launch was, mostly, the favourite out of the four, so we’ve gone huge on this style with our biggest dry hop bill to date; utilizing 20kg each of pellet Citra and Mosaic, before supercharging again with 2kg of Spectrum Citra and Mosaic. In layman’s terms, a triple dry-hop on the cold side. The result is an absolutely intense flavour bomb of pink grapefruit, gooseberry, and lychee from the Citra, with a hearty show of tangerine, mango, and that distinctive berry medley from the Mosaic. Absolutely insane.ABV: 11.0%£8.00

DDHP stands for Double Dry Hop Pale and it means we put in twice the amount of hops we normally would... already an adventure. Our first seasonal, this is whirlpool hopped with Simcoe and Citra and then dry hopped with Centennial, Ekuanot and Simcoe. Named for the Pampeana region, this beer is designed to be flavoursome and friendly, just like our Argentine head brewer. Here's to you, Tino!ABV: 5.6%£4.00

Westmalle Extra is the table beer served to the monks and their guests and is brewed with water, barley malt and hop cones. The Westmalle Dubbel and Tripel yeast is also used for this beer. Westmalle Extra is also top-fermented but it is considerably lighter, at 4.8%, alcohol-by-volume than its brother brews. It has the characteristic Westmalle aroma with hops coming through in the finish. It is a real thirst-quencher. ABV: 4.8%£3.40
