This is a grown up TIPA, in the classic West Coast style, making the most of the WLP001-O Organic California Ale Yeast. Brewed in collaboration with White Labs Copenhagen. Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body, along with Dextrose. Columbus hops for bittering. Mosaic and Simcoe in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Columbus, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented with White Lab’s WLP001-O Organic California Ale Yeast.ABV: 10.0%£6.00
A deceptive golden stout devised with our friends at the inspirational Thornbridge Brewery. You'll pick up plenty of unexpected depth here, with rich chocolate and coffee notes intertwining with sweet liquorice, biscuity malts and creamy lactose.ABV: 5.9%£4.50
Named after famed Belgian detective Hercule Poirot. Made in small batches, then lagered for ten days in German oak casks. Hercule is considered by many to be a classic, it is very malty, but dry, with a hint of sweetness in the finish.ABV: 9.0%£5.25

One of the classic examples of this Belgian style, Boon Kriek is a cherry beer made by blending different ages of lambic and ageing them again over whole cherries. The result is a very tart but slightly sweet beer with a deep, rich cherry flavour and a light, fizzing finish.ABV: 4.0%£4.00
Gold standard in Saison. Period.The Saison Dupont is a coppery blonde beer, with aromas of fine hops, with marked bitterness, dry and very refreshing as it was originally. Coppery blond, the finest aromas and a strong bitterness transform this beer into a thirst-quencher with no equal, just the way it was created. Our selection of yeasts is the perfect base for these typical aromas and ditto taste. A real refermentation in the bottle, which will continue for a long time in your cellar, result into this complex and particular aromatic beer.ABV: 6.5%£2.75
Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date!ABV: 7.0%£4.35
This ultra-refreshing American Wheat Beer has all the extra pale cloudiness and drinkability of a Hefeweizen, but without any of the clove, nutmeg or banana flavours of its Bavarian cousin. Built upon a malt base of 60% wheat/40% Pilsner, it is soft bodied with a cereal character of biscuits and a gentle mouthfeel. The classic combination of Mosaic, Citra and Cascade hops used in the whirlpool contributes to a light fruit/citrus quality on the palate, however this beer is not dry hopped, so it’s far from “hoppy”. The finish is crisp with a light sweetness that invites sip after sip, and the medium carbonation allows the creamy, white head to linger. Squirt in a wedge of orange or lemon into your Sweet Wheat for the ultimate summer drink!ABV: 4.5%£3.00
Super sessionable hoppy pale ale A combination of new world, US and European hops gives Rascal a full hop flavour with layers of citrus, pine and stone fruit. Crisp and simple malt base gives this beer a moorish drinkability while allowing the hops to shine through.ABV: 4.4%£4.00
Taste: A rich body comes through at first. Initially the espresso-like acidity is balanced by a sweet taste of caramelised toffee. As your glass warms up you should expect to taste redcurrant, mixed with a dark chocolate, washed down with a slight alcoholic warmth. Appearance: Pitch black - as dark as the night sky, with an opaque brown head. Nose: A clean burnt sugar dominates, immediately giving way to rich dark fruits - plums, raisin, and fresh cranberries. Eventually, a roasted smokiness emerges, like a distant bonfire on the horizon.ABV: 10.5%£4.89
