Workshop Instructor

London Beer Lab has been running beer making workshops – the first of their kind in the UK- since 2012. As part of these workshops members of the public get to brew their own beer under our tutelage.

We have 2 main formats: multiple groups of 3 to 4 people making their own bespoke beer and individuals joining a larger group to make 4-5 different recipes picked by London Beer Lab. We currently hold sessions every Saturday and Sunday and occasionally on weekdays.

We have a team of passionate and highly motivated instructors but as the business grows their time and brewing expertise is in constantly higher demand so we are always on the look out for new enthusiastic brewers to join our team.

We are looking for applicants with:
  • Passionate about brewing
  • Brewing expertise - home brew and/or brewery assistant

  • Shows attention to detail

With thousands of brews completed, this role offers the ability to leverage our existing experience and gain exposure to countless speciality malts and hops that would take a massive personal time commitment to see all in action. As such, we've found the role to be very beneficial for those starting their own microbreweries or starting out in their brewing career.

This is a part time role on a contractor basis, allowing for as little as one session a month or considerably more. If interested, please email us at info@londonbeerlab.com (Subject - Workshop instructor) with a short introduction, current availability and summary of brewing experience.
