Wild Beer Co. - Sleeping Limes (330 ml CAN)
Clean and crisp with refreshing tangy limes and a Moorish briny finish, this is our perfect summer beer. It originally took inspiration from Sleeping Lemons and the beautiful preserved lemons we use, but the idea developed into a cleaner beer, taking the Corona and lime wedge and stepping it up a notch.

“Rejoice!” strips back all of the regalia – no adjuncts, no barrel ageing, no collaborations, just a laser focus on the bare bones of an Imperial Stout. The sum total of everything we’ve learned about the style by tinkering with the recipe over its previous four iterations, and set us up for the final ascent.Focusing on the essence of an Imperial Stout, the malt bill, we’ve introduced Black Malt to the grist, imbuing the silky smooth, treacle-toffee, milk-chocolate base with a gnarly dose of raisin, bitter, tannic dark chocolate, and the warmth of toasted tobacco.£8.80
Simplicity is sometimes best. Here we've used German pilsner malt exclusively as the malt base. The quality of the malt means it can stand alone bringing beautiful notes of still warm pretzels, a gentle bready sweetness and the lightest of caramel wafer goodness. Citra, Strata and Idaho 7 bring fuzzy peach, nectarine and watermelon alongside an almost noble hop floral character with some herbal bitterness and a superbly clean, slightly resinous finish.ABV: 6.0%£6.30
Snaggletooth is an India Pale Ale with a light malt body, stone fruit citrus and piney hop characters. This IPA from NZ might have some bite, but it gives you some great flavours you can really sink your teeth into.ABV: 5.9%£3.60
It’s from the North. It’s pink! It’s our classic Yorkshire Rhubarb Soda, handmade in East London in tasty, small batches. Rhubarb Soda is made using British rhubarb sourced from a family farm in the infamous Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle. Grown using traditional methods, the rhubarb we use is intense, fragrant and earthy. This is a beautiful, refreshing soda which is one of our all-time most popular flavours, pure and unadulterated, with only just enough sugar to save you from a permanent sour pout.£1.80
Following century old recipes all malts made at the Schlenkerla brewery are dried by wood fire. While for the classic “Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier” traditionally beech has been – and still is – used, the malt for “Schlenkerla Oak Smoke” is kilned with oak wood. The resulting Oak Smoke Malt has a smoother and more multi layered smoky note than the intensely aromatic Beech Smoke Malt. The hence complex smokiness in “Schlenkerla Oak Smoke” is paired with the multifaceted bitterness of finest Hallertau aroma hops. With 8% alcohol and amber colour it matures for months in the deep brewery cellars underneath Bamberg into a special treat for smoke beer lovers.ABV: 8.0%£5.75
Super sessionable hoppy pale ale A combination of new world, US and European hops gives Rascal a full hop flavour with layers of citrus, pine and stone fruit. Crisp and simple malt base gives this beer a moorish drinkability while allowing the hops to shine through.ABV: 4.4%£4.00
Death by Chocolate Cake. What would happen if we took one of the nation’s best loved, super-indulgent desserts for inspiration, and applied it to our most indulgent beer? Even more cacao nibs, even more cacao husks, even more lactose, even more wood. It’s doubled down and ramped up to imperial strength. We’ve increased the ABV slightly this year and welcome back Amburana wood. These spicy, fragrant spirals impart all kinds of flavours, not dissimilar to the complexity of tonka beans, making the beer a truly unique experience.ABV: 10.2%Allergens: Dairy, Gluten£6.50

This Belgian Trappist beer is one of the best and most revered beers in the world. It is a dark quadruple ale with loads of dark fruit, chocolate and liquorice, as well as some banana from the Belgian yeast.
