Wiper and True - Bristol Crush (440 ml can)
You guys absolutely devoured the last batch of this beer, so we had to bring it back for the summer. For this batch, we've switched up the souring method, using Philly Sour yeast to bring the zing. We've balanced this with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that's created by using a carefully layered malt bill.
Clocking in at a modest 3.2%, this Grapefruit Session Sour splashes into your glass with a glorious burst of bright, sunshine-filled flavours and aromas, all brought to life with a zingy twist of tartness from grapefruit. A truly enjoyable beer that's perfect for summer.
Suitable for vegans. Store and serve chilled. Our beer is unfiltered and may contain sediment - pour gently.

Our interpretation of a modern American Pale Ale - Body Riddle arrives at near pilsner straw colour from its minimal malt base of Floor Malted British Pale Malt, Carapils and Wheat Malt so as not to crowd a busy bright hop bill of Lemondrop, Galaxy, Simcoe and Ekuanot hops. Packed this one out with a nose of lemon rind, passionfruit, grapefruit juice and fresh piney goodness that follows through to a silky soft, sessionable body..ABV: 4.5%£3.60
The Passionfruit Prial. Three completely different styles all using passionfruit as the kicker. Three of Diamonds is a punchy and flavoursome IPA with a generous Infusion of passionfruit, this works beautifully in complementing the redolent aroma of guava and candied fruit already present. It pours hazy gold with a silky soft body, kept in balance with just a delicate bite from the carefully selected hops (Mosaic / Nelson Sauvin).ABV: 7.0%£7.00
Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden colour, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.ABV: 8.0%£4.50
