This New England style pale ale is brewed with oats for a full bodied and soft base beer, dry-hopped with two hefty charges of Citra, Idaho 7 and Talus hops. The results are an insanely drinkable and refreshing hazy pale with flavours of mango-heavy fruit salad with a squeeze and lemon juice and citrus peel to finish.

One of the classic examples of this Belgian style, Boon Kriek is a cherry beer made by blending different ages of lambic and ageing them again over whole cherries. The result is a very tart but slightly sweet beer with a deep, rich cherry flavour and a light, fizzing finish.ABV: 4.0%£4.00
Possibly the standout beer from our individual staff designed DDH Pale series of 2020; Murmurations makes a welcome return with a new and improved recipe, headed up by our second ever employee at the brewery, our very own Scott. Featuring a technique known as “hop bursting”; Scott’s objective is to purposely multi-layer the whirlpool hops to accentuate his dry hop bill of Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca and Enigma. Gradually adding a small amount of Mosaic at 100 degrees, before dropping the whirlpool down to 87 degrees and adding his main whirlpool addition of Simcoe, the result is that each individual varietal is distinguishable throughout – creating, what we feel, is possibly our most crushable pale yet.ABV: 4.9%£4.95
Triple IPA from Verdant and Berlin craft maestros Fuerst Wiacek. Leading with Citra and Nelson Sauvin, Verdant's house yeast. ABV: 10%£11.00
The refreshingly tart Oude Gueuze Cuvée René is one of the most famous Lambics ever! This spontaneously fermented beer is a blend of 1/3 old (3 years) Lambic and 2/3 young (1 year) Lambic. These were fermented in large oak barrels. The beer is then bottled and aged for another six months. During this time, bottle fermentation takes place, which not only gives the Geuze its carbonation, but rounds out the flavor beautifully. The Oude Gueuze Cuvée René convinces with its balanced play of acidity, yeast notes, hints of barrel aging and a light fruit reminiscent of citrus and apple. A great companion to many dishes or as an ingredient itself, for example, for rudiments of sauces. This beer is perfect for cellaring for several years!ABV: 6.0%£5.80
Tastes like a holiday in can, hence having the picture of a holiday on the can, not a cucumber as you might expect. Tastes like: Jumping into a pool after a long day in the sun. ABV: 4%£3.00
9.0-10.0% abv. Malted barley. Another recipe from the Barclay Perkins archive, from 1856. The Imperial Brown Stouts developed into what became known as the Russian Imperial Stouts, and this particular recipe developed into the Courage RIS, which is most notable because a) it was an excellent beer, and b) it continued to be produced until 1992, as the only surviving link to a certain brewing tradition that was huge in London, and made London famous, for over 200 years. And of course, a tradition which has now been lost. And the beer is black, not brown. Dark black. And round and smooth. Gentle. Coffee and cocoa aroma, then leading to dark fruits, dried fruits, raisin, fig, prune. Even plum. Some sour berries. Through the long finish of hop bitterness entwined with roast and char.ABV 9.5%£5.50
